What this means
Print files are refused for a GTIN whose prefix has not been verified as yours. A printed code claims a number globally and cannot be recalled from the packs it is on, so the check sits in front of the press. No plan lifts this. It is a trust gate rather than a price gate, and paying more does not move it.
Why it usually happens
Verification still in progress, or a product whose GTIN falls under a different prefix from the one that was verified.
What to do
Finish prefix verification in settings. Everything else keeps working meanwhile. The preflight is the same and the print files are the same, and previews carry a watermark until the prefix is verified. The alternative is helping somebody print codes that claim to be you.
